Sarah V Reid
Born and bred in the North West of England, Sarah has travelled extensively throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.
In addition to writing, Sarah has previously studied via correspondence course and is in the process of obtaining the PRINCE2 project management qualification and is therefore well-versed in the obstacles facing mature students and distance learning.
When not writing or studying, Sarah enjoys knitting and cross-stitch, and is always looking for new ways to indulge in her hobbies, creating practical projects and saving money at the same time.
Sarah has a particular interest in the use of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques in the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression, as well as the use of complementary therapies in conjunction with traditional medicine.
Always keen to learn new things, Sarah is an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction and hopes to pass on this passion for learning in her writing.
